Concordia College rewards international student’s on-campus contributions and provides partial financial support to international students. International student scholarships are based on educational qualifications and family needs, meaning how much the student family needs, which is worth $28,000 per year. International Excellence Scholarships are competitive, merit-based scholarships awarded to international first-year students or transfer students for up to four years and can go as high as $28,000.
Concordia College For International Student Scholarships
International student scholarships are available for academic merit and family needs. Merit benefits alone can go up to $10,000 per year, with additional funding provided to help meet the financial need.
Concordia International rewards students for their role in advancing education on campus, and we are pleased to offer generous scholarships that cover a portion of the cost of attendance.
Concordia College Merit-Based Awards
International Excellence Scholarships are competitive, merit-based scholarships awarded to international first-year students or transfers for up to four years. Current scholarships range from $3,000 to $10,000 per year for the 2021-22 academic year. The amount of your award is determined by the strength of your academic record. Admission students will receive notification of this scholarship at the time of admission.
Concordia College Scholarship Interview
Admissions Students who qualify to pay at least 21 21,000 per year are eligible to participate in the Concordia Scholarship Interview. The Virtual Interview is the second phase of the scholarship program and is an opportunity to acquire additional scholarship resources to meet non-financial needs.
The next round of Concordia Scholarship interviews is March 18 and 19.
Concordia College Tuition
The scholarship covers at least 50% of tuition and can be renewed on an annual basis. Students and their families or sponsors will have to try to pay around $20,000 per year from their own resources or other external sources to make this scholarship extra. This is not a complete tuition award.
Eligible Criteria For This scholarship?
Here are some eligibility requirements
- If you are a first-year international applicant to a participating college or university, the international applicant will be a person who is a citizen of a country outside the United States and does not have U.S. citizenship or permanent residence.
- You show interest and personal initiative in activities involving intercultural education and exchange.
- You have completed the scholarship application and participated in the Concordia Scholarship interview in which you describe your leadership skills in your school or community, and that you want to continue to use your leadership skills in Concordia.
